The terms "ZAVIOR GLOBAL," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Zavior Global - F.Z.C, a company registered in Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates.

We operate this website and online store, including its content, products, features, customer services, and related functionality (collectively, the "Services").

Our online store is powered by Shopify, and certain products are manufactured and fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand partners, including Printful.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Services and purchases made through our online store.

By using our Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, subject to applicable law. Please read them carefully together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are a minor, purchases must be made with the involvement or authorization of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

ZAVIOR GLOBAL offers apparel and other products through its online store.

Many products are manufactured on demand after an order is placed.

However, product appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, manufacturing processes, and other factors.

Minor variations do not affect your rights where goods are defective, materially different from their description, or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements.

Customers should review product descriptions and size guides before purchasing.

Product availability, specifications, and collections may change without notice. Such changes will not retrospectively alter accepted orders except as permitted by applicable law.

We may discontinue products or restrict availability in particular destinations where reasonably necessary.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

When you submit an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products.

An automated order acknowledgment does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of your order.

The checkout will display the charges collected by ZAVIOR GLOBAL, including applicable product prices, shipping charges, and taxes.

Where required by law, applicable taxes and mandatory charges will be included in displayed prices or disclosed before purchase.

Additional customs duties, import taxes, or carrier clearance fees may arise where these are not prepaid.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

ZAVIOR GLOBAL uses third-party fulfillment and delivery providers, including print-on-demand partners such as Printful.

We currently offer free standard shipping to eligible destinations.

Free shipping covers the applicable shipping service but does not automatically include customs duties, import VAT/GST, customs clearance fees, or other government-imposed charges.

5.1 International Shipping Arrangements

International shipments may be dispatched under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), Delivered at Place (DAP), or other applicable shipping arrangements.

Under a DDP arrangement, the responsible shipping party generally arranges payment of applicable import duties and taxes covered by that arrangement.

For DAP or other non-DDP shipments, customers may be required to pay applicable import duties, import taxes, customs clearance charges, or carrier administration fees before or upon delivery.

DDP availability is not guaranteed for every destination, product, fulfillment location, or shipment.

Unless expressly confirmed otherwise, free shipping does not indicate that import duties or taxes have been prepaid.

5.2 Delivery Estimates

Estimated production and shipping times may vary according to product type, destination, fulfillment location, carrier availability, and customs procedures.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We will provide reasonable assistance where an order is delayed, lost, damaged, or undelivered.

Responsibility for delivery, transfer of risk, and available remedies will be determined by applicable law.

5.3 Multiple Shipments

Products within the same order may be manufactured at different facilities and shipped separately.

Separate shipments may have different tracking information, delivery dates, or customs treatment.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory statutory delivery rights or consumer protections.

SECTION 9 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY AND FULFILLMENT PARTNERS

Our online store is powered by Shopify.

Shopify provides technology and infrastructure supporting our e-commerce operations.

Products purchased through our store are sold by Zavior Global - F.Z.C, unless expressly stated otherwise.

We may use Printful and other third-party partners for product manufacturing, fulfillment, and delivery.

These arrangements do not automatically transfer our obligations as the seller to those providers.

Customer questions regarding purchases, refunds, or fulfillment should be directed to ZAVIOR GLOBAL.

The respective third-party providers retain responsibility for their own independent services as determined by applicable law and their contractual arrangements.

This informal resolution process does not prevent customers from exercising statutory rights or accessing competent courts, regulators, or dispute-resolution bodies.

References to applicable law include mandatory consumer protection legislation where relevant.
